Position Overview:

The role demands a blend of strategic planning, execution prowess, and optimization finesse across various digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client goals.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics tracking and monitoring to glean insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Serve as a client liaison, particularly for our North American and UK clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize campaign success.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of hands-on management experience in paid advertising, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ad Campaigns, LinkedIn Ad Campaigns, and Facebook Ad Campaigns.
  • Solid experience in analytics tracking setup and monitoring, as well as campaign performance optimization.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, comfortable working with clients in North America and the UK.
  • Proficiency in landing page optimization and understanding of conversion funnels.
  • Mother tongue level English (both written and oral) is essential.
